WILLIAM GUFFEY Obituary

Guffey, William B., formerly a resident of Huntington Beach, CA, passed away at his home in Palm Desert, CA on Nov. 2, 2010 at the age of 80. Bill is survived by his wife of 53 years, Shirley; his sons, Jeff of Laguna Niguel, CA and Brett of Vancouver, WA; daughter, Dee Ann of Wildwood, MO; sister, Mary Bardell of Apple Valley, CA; and his 5 grandchildren. Memorial services will be held in Palm Desert and he will be interred in his hometown of Freeport, IL at a later date.

I never had the opportunity to meet Mr. Guffey, but if he was anything like his daughter, Dee Ann, he was a wonderful man. My thoughts and prayers are with the enire family.

A wonderful man who was so loved by all. We are so glad to have had the pleasure of meeting him and spending time with him and his family.
Mr. Guffey will be sorely missed, yet fondly remembered.
