Sandison, Edwin Wallace IV, "Sandy", 67, passed away December 8, 2007. Born in Long Beach, CA, raised in Wilmington, CA. Sandy graduated in 1958 from Phineas Banning High School and in 1962 from California State College of Long Beach earning a Bachelor of Science Degree. Upon graduating from college he proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force. Through various employers, some in Government Services, he had the privilege of traveling to many foreign countries. "Sandy was known as the consummate professional, and for his quick wit and sense of humor," said Allen Shay, long-time employer from PAE, Government Services, Inc. He is survived by his loving wife, Diane; daughter, Kimberly; grandchildren, Maddison and Tristan; former wife and friend, Patricia; sisters, Carol and Christine; three nieces; two nephews; five step-children. A private memorial service will be held, and at the conclusion his ashes will be scattered at sea. In lieu of flowers, the family requests a donation be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society for Pancreatic Cancer research.
