I just found out today Erica Werdel passed away and I am terribly sad and sorry for the loss of the Werdel's daughter/sister. I am one of her parent's neighbors and although I never spoke to Erica she always seemed like a very lovely, modest, kind hearted, and overall wonderful young lady. May her beautiful soul rest in peace. My thoughts and condolences are with and go out to the Werdel family and her husband.

I just realized today that Erica had passed away and I am so sad and sorry. From her Facebook postings, I thought she had won the battle. Erica and her family are distant cousins that I met through genealogy and visited the family back in 2002. My heart goes out to all of you. Ginger Aitken

Heaven gained the beautiful soul we lost. Erica fought with grace and dignity, and she kept her sense of humor :)
Prayers and love to her wonderful husband, David and to the entire Werdel-Lacey family. She was a blessing to us. Thank you, Erica, and now, our beautiful one, rest in heavenly peace. You are loved forever.
