1915 - 2014

Blose, Agnes Pauline Lillian (Larsen), age 99, of Fullerton, CA, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2014. We know she is happy now with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who she has wanted to be with for some time. She was born at home in New Lisbon, Wisconsin on April 12, 1915 to Margit Helena Olson and Theodore Martin Larsen. Her family moved to California when she was 6 months old. She enjoyed being one of six siblings that included a sister, Myrtle (Jackie), and four brothers, Harold, Lloyd, Wally and Howard. All of whom preceded her in death. Her husband, Wade Lewis Blose, preceded her in death at age 86. They had been married for 67 years at the time of his passing. She devoted herself to taking care of her husband and nurturing her five children in a Christian home. She is survived by all of her children: Shirley McClay Hackathorn (Les), Jerry Blose (Jeri), Terry Edwards (Rick), Lew Blose (Barbara) and Greg Blose (Carol). And she was a proud grandma to 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren. A memorial service for family and friends will be held graveside at Loma Vista Memorial Park in Fullerton on Thursday, October 30 at 11:00am. At her request, her grandson-in-law, David "Waxer" Tipton, will lead us in a celebration of her life. McAulay & Wallace Mortuary
