Sanders, Charlotte Charlotte Taylor Frye Sanders, 80 of DeLand passed away at her home on May 18, 2016, surrounded by her family. She was born in Houston, TX on June 6, 1935 and moved to DeLand from Orlando 21 years ago. Charlotte was a former member of Stetson Baptist Church in DeLand and also attended Calvary Assembly in Winter Park for many years. She was also a member of the Bridge Club and PEO. Charlotte enjoyed playing cards and doing her daily crossword puzzle. She was a social butterfly and the epitome of love. She was predeceased by her 2 husbands, George Frye and Wendell Sanders and her daughter in law Linda Frye. Survived by sons Stephen Frye (Angie) of Huntsville, AL, Paul Frye of Orlando, Robert Frye (Donna) of Lake Mary and Mark Frye (Julie) of Orlando; sister Eleanor Wick of Montgomery, TX; 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 28th at 11am at Calvary Assembly in Winter Park, with Pastor Ken Stutts officiating. The family will receive friends from 10-11am prior to the service. Burial will be at Oakdale Cemetery in DeLand. Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, PO Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908. Salley, Marian - Orlando  
Salley, Marian Passed away peacefully Friday, May 20, 2016 of complications from a brief bout with cancer. Marian was born June 7, 1949 to Ray and Louise Lewis of Lexington, Massachusetts. Just before Christmas of her Freshman year at Northeastern University, she met Stephen Salley and the two were together ever since. After marrying in 1971, they lived briefly in Denver and Maine before moving to Florida. Despite spending most of her life in Florida, Marian remained a staunch New Englander, displaying an enormous love for lobster, the Red Sox and Patriots, snow and liberal ideologies. She was a passionate fan of tennis and political talk shows, but nothing preoccupied her like her family. Marian is survived by husband Stephen G. Salley of Altamonte Springs; son Scott, his wife Kate and their son Stephen F. Salley of Framingham, MA; brother Phil and his wife Ellen Lewis of Falmouth, MA; brother-in-law Scott and his wife Lynn Salley of Naples, FL and Charlotte, NC; nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews. Services will be held at the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection in Longwood at 11:00AM on Saturday, June 11. Reception to follow at the church. Sagastizabal, Patricia "Pat Gasti" - Maitland  
Sagastizabal, Patricia Pat Gasti age 81, passed away on May 16, 2016 in Altamonte Springs, Florida. Pat was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts on February 7, 1935 to George A. and Alice B. Harris. Pat led a successful career in real estate throughout Central Florida for over forty years. She received her real estate license in 1970 and as a broker opened Pat Gasti Properties in 1983. A woman of great strength and character Pat could often be heard quoting..."If at first you don't succeed, try, try again" as well as "Don't look for difficulty in the opportunity; look for opportunity in the difficulty!" Pat loved New England and the beach. Over the years she enjoyed life in Orlando, Ponce Inlet and Cape Cod. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Aniceto 'Gasti' Sagastizabal, and four of their six children - Eileen, Maureen, Christopher and Daniel. Pat was preceded in death by two sons - Rafael and Aniceto, Jr. A public visitation for Pat will be held Sunday, May 22, 2016 from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM at DeGusipe Funeral Home, 9001 N. Schrag, Agnes "Nan" - Orlando  
Schrag, Agnes Nan 91, died May 6, in Orlando. She was born April 23, 1925, and grew up in Brooklyn, NY. She graduated from the College of Mount Saint Vincent and earned her Master's in mathematics from Columbia. She taught in NY City schools and then overseas in Okinawa, Japan, and Frankfurt, Germany. She married Lewis H. Schrag in 1956 in Panama City. They lived in the Canal Zone, Mexico, Albuquerque, Guam and Orlando before moving to Cheyenne, WY, in 1965. Nan taught math at Central High School and then at Laramie County Community College. She moved to Winter Park in 2012. She is survived by daughters Suzanne and Rita; siblings Kay Healy, Joan Carroll and Charles Herklotz; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; an infant son, Lewis, Jr., and infant daughter, Barbara Ann; her parents Julius and Katherine Herklotz; her brother William Herklotz; and nephews Michael Herklotz, Michael Flanagan and Ken Lotti. Sheehan Jr., Paul - Maitland  
Sheehan Jr, Paul Paul Patrick Sheehan Jr passed away peacefully on May 7, 2016, at the age of 86. He is preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Mary H. Sheehan. Paul was born in Youngstown, Ohio. Paul is survived by daughter, Pat, husband Ed Jagodzinski and son Chandler; son, Christopher, wife Mary and daughter Jennifer Hale, husband Peter, great-grandchildren Addison and Lincoln; and daughter Cathy Baumgardner, husband John and son Justin. The family will hold a private service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in memory of Mr. Sheehan to UF Health Cancer Center, Orlando Regional Healthcare Foundation.

Simmons, Robert - Orlando  
Simmons, Robert Bob Simmons, 68, passed into the arms of Jesus May 14, 2016. Bob will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Jane, and his children, Stephanie Barclay (Neil) and Suzanne Carpenter. He will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren, Thomas, Caroline, Michael and Lizzy, and 11 brothers and sisters. Bob was born in Mechanicsburg, PA. He worked his entire life, starting as a child raking leaves, shoveling snow and delivering newspapers to help his family. Bob was a watercress farmer employed by B&W Quality Growers for over 50 years. He had a delightful sense of humor and a generous loving heart. Bob was always willing to help others, both friends and strangers. He was an avid bass fisherman who loved the river and recently enjoyed a special fishing trip with his daughter and grandson. Bob's boat had two speeds: wide-open and off. A memorial service will be held Sunday, May 22, at 2:30 p.m. at Community United Methodist Church, 4921 S US Hwy 17/92, Casselberry, FL 32707. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Community United Methodist Student Ministry. Bob's family sincerely thanks Dr. Andrew Taussig, Dr. Simon Shakar, and Dr. Nirav Raval for their compassionate care.

Swanson, Elaine Elaine Louise Swanson, age 75 of Longwood, Florida went to her heavenly home on May 14, 2016. Elaine was born in Willmar, Minnesota on July 23, 1940.
