flew his last trip West fair of wind and free from turbulence on April 12, 2013. Conrad graduated from Plant High School ('52) and Memphis State College ('56). He completed pilot training for the U.S. Air Force in 1958 and flew KC-97s. In 1965, Conrad was honorably discharged & joined National Air Lines in Miami. Conrad flew 12 years as Capt. on the 727, Airbus 300, & 310 after Pan Am bought National in 1979. He retired as Captain, Airbus 310 at Delta Air Lines in 1993. Conrad was a charter member of Sigma Chi at Memphis and was honored as a Semi-Century Sig. He served as a Presbyterian Deacon, a teacher at CFCS, & 1st responder for Orlando Police Dept. Conrad, wonderful husband and dad, is survived by wife Diane, daughters Laura Gosheff, Lesae Bradley (Paul), Leslie Gosheff, Hillary Philbrick, son Jay Philbrick (Kim) and 5 beautiful grandchildren. He is pre-deceased by son Timothy Gosheff. Memorial service will be held Saturday, April 20, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at Wekiva Presbyterian Church, 211 Wekiva Springs Lane, Longwood, FL.
