Dear Uncle Jim,
You are not gone...you just decided you needed time away to smell the beautiful flowers and breath the fresh air around you. Now that you are with God you will have to be patient and wait for Aunt Joretta!! She is busy down here keeping everyone else in order!!! Ha:)
So keep floating on those clouds and my you always rest in peace.
I will miss you Uncle Jim and it won't be the same not putting your name on my Christmas cards but I know you will always be with Aunt Joretta in spirit and watch over her. God Bless You.
Aunt Joretta,
I know you will miss Uncle Jim but just look around...he is EVERYWHERE!! Hold on to all the precious memories you had with him and it will get easier as days go by. He is resting now and wants you to do the same. Love you, Debbie and Mo

My Dear Aunt Joretta,
How much I love you and Uncle Jim. I will miss him very much and knowing he is not there with you is very hard. I also said Uncle Jim and my other two Uncles were my "Uncle Fathers". I remember so much of what he told me over the years, the rides he took me on, the visits with Mom in the 70's when Uncle Jim was working up here in Jax and working on her home. I remember when I left Larry one cold night in 1976 and walked over to Mom's house and Uncle Jim was there, when I arrived he told me about commitment and that was what marriage is all about. Later that evening, i went home. Uncle Jim gave me advise over the years and how important family is no matter what happens. That is what he and you instilled in YOUR 5 wonderful kids.. my wonderful cousins. I love you all more than you could know. Love Shelley

It has been an honour to know you Pops over the years. My visits were brief but you and mum always made me feel as one of the family and even took me in when I was stranded. You will always be in my thoughts and prayers.

You are in out thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. I feel so blessed to have seen Pop Sears this past November when we all surprised my brother Bill for his 65th B-day. Pop seemed to have such a wonderful time that evening! I know I thoroughly enjoyed talking with him for a long while. You have a very special guardian angel watching over you.

Daddy,
You and Mom raised me to be strong and independant, to be honest and considerate of others. To try and never be taken advantage of and to never take advantage of others. There could never be two greater parents to have in this world...for this...I am grateful. I love you very much Daddy, you will always be here in my heart.
Your loving daughter,
Judy~

Pop, Russ and I will miss you terribly. we have so many great memories of you and the family, but we truly enjoyed the times the 4 of us would go out on the Hondas and ride all day!! You were always able to get Russ up on a Sunday morning to go riding with you. We are so grateful to have Terry (and Bill) in our lifes, and all the rest of the gang. Love you.

Dear Aunt Joretta and Family
I want you all to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
"Uncle Jim" was my dad's best friend. So as such they were brothers. I loved him as my uncle and I will miss him and my dad both.
All of you will continue to be my family. I wish you peace during this time.

My dearest Grandpa, I am so going to miss hearing you say to me "thanks for the warning"! Your stories and teeth chatters will always stay with me. Please give Jason a big hug for me. I will miss you so very much and thank you for always considering me as your granddaughter. I promise I will look over grandma for you. I love you so very much.
