Dorothy Martha Winters

WINTERS, DOROTHY MARTHA, 97 passed away on May 28, 2011 at the Hospice of the Comforter in Altamonte Springs. She was born on March 12, 1914 to Henry and Josephine Scharfenberg in NYC, NY. She was retired from Tiffany & Co. of NY in 1976. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Guy E. Winters; three brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her daughter Dorothy Holbrook (George); her son Guy Winters(Vickie); her sister Margaret Winters (William); seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at The National Cremation and Burial Society, 7565 Red Bug Lake Rd., Oviedo, FL on Sunday, June 5 from 4 to 7 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 5300 Old Howell Branch Rd., Winter Park, FL on Monday, June 6, at 12 noon.
