We are saddened to learn of Barbara's passing. We were friends with Barbara while members of Park Lake and afterward. We have been in Rochester, NY for 30 years and just the last four or five years had lost touch with Barbara. I recall my meeting her the first time after attending a concert at Carr Auditorium. Barbara had invited several of us, including Gene and Paul Perry and some others, to her parents' and her home afterward.
Barbara was always very kind to us and our family. I remember her knitting a pair of booties and outfit for our first born, Kevin, back in 1974. She was always thinking of others.
Please accept our sincere sympathy, Bob and Carolyn Towers.
