CHRISTINE TEWELL Obituary

TEWELL, CHRISTINE "TINA", 65 went to be with her Lord Wed. evening, May 31, 2011. Born in Cleveland, OH on Feb. 26, 1946, she and her family moved to Orlando in 1951. Tina graduated from Boone High School and spent many years working as a nurse's aide and later as a volunteer in nursing homes. As ill as Tina became, she will be remembered as a prayer warrior for her friends and family. She is survived by her sister, Sheila Perdue (Herb) of Orlando; brother, Tim Tewell (Sue) of Granbury, TX; nieces, Julie Tewell of Texas and Jennifer DeSilva of Orlando; nephews, Scott Perdue of Orlando and Keith and Brian Tewell of Texas and many great nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to National Alliance on Mental Illness would be appreciated. Visitation will be Fri. June 3, 2011 from 7 to 9 PM and Sat. June 4, 2011 from 1 to 2 PM with the service beginning at 2 PM at United Church of the Nazarene, 1320 S. Chickasaw Tr. Orlando. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Orlando.
