My mother, Helen Wright, wanted to extend her sympathy to Elsie's nieces. Helen lived next door to Elsie at St Mary's and counted her as a friend. She will be remembered for her generous acts of sharing with my mom and looking out for her. Thank you Elsie and the girls....

Elsie, although I only had the privilege of knowing you for a few years when you moved here, you inspired me so much..you were a beautiful woman, inside and out, always smiling and enjoying life. You remembered everyone, always. You were, and always will be, my idol. I loved you very much!
