I am a F&I manager in a Jax Fl dealership. Karen used to be my buyer at Arcadia. She was more than just a voice on the other end of a phone call. I built a solid business relationship with her, but we also became friends. We lost touch over the years and I just found out about her passing. I am so sad! She was an amazing woman and a friend. My condolences to her family. She was one in a million!!!! Rest in Peace Karen.
