Roy Williams was one of the main people in my becoming a well rounded police officer. he was always ready to answer the questions of a rookie police officer. Later he would be my partner in investigating crimes, and better still he became a good friend. Even after we retired we saw each other on occasion. You will be missed my friend...R.I.P.
