William Franklin "Bill" Morrison Notice
MORRISON, WILLIAM " BILL" FRANKLIN, 90, of Orlando, FL passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, December 1, 2012 of Parkinson's disease. Born in Chattanooga, TN to Thomas Knox and Frances (Vandergriffe) Morrison he graduated from Tyner High School in Chattanooga, TN. He was drafted into the Army Air Corps in October 1942, was in General Patton's Third Army, and served until 1947 at which time he enlisted into the Air Force and served until 1969 which included the Korean conflict and Viet Nam War. He retired from the Air Force in 1969. Bill loved to play golf and was a member of the McCoy Golf Club for many years. He became a club pro at Alhambra Golf and Country Club. He had a great love for gardening and took immense pride in his work. Bill is survived by his wife June of 56 years; daughter Lisa Richardson (Wayne); grandchildren Jared

Richardson and Beth (Stephen) Napier; as well as many loving great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family. Bill was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and a friend to all. He is preceded in death by his son Bruce; his parents; three sisters and three brothers. Memorial Service at Dove Funeral Home, Saturday December 8, 2012 at 2 PM Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Soldiers Grove, WI.
