George "Cotton" Argabright

Notice Condolences

ARGABRIGHT, GEORGE
"COTTON" beloved husband of Janice 'Honey' Argabright, age 92, died at home on Friday, December 3, 2010 from natural causes. Born June 9, 1918 in Ohio, he served in the U.S. Army until 1946, attaining the rank of T/5. Honey and Cotton married on January 25, 1963. She passed before him. Cotton lived in Orlando and worked with Honey at their bar, The Pub, until retiring in 1983. Cotton will be especially remembered for being a loving father and friend. He is survived by
Honey's Sister, Ophelia 'Phelix' Martinak, his sons David
Argabright, Chris Davis, Herb Baird, Charles Baird, his daughter Sherry Stewart and his sisters Betty Perkins and Nina Engle. At
Cotton's request there will be no Memorial Service, but there will be a Celebration of Life at the 19th Hole, Fairways Estates on Sunday, December 19, 2010 from 4 until 6 p.m. Our Gratitude and thanks to Hospice of the Comforter for their help and support.
