Andrew "Roo" Klahn Notice
Klahn, Andrew RooKlahn, Andrew William, age 22, passed away on Saturday, May 10, 2014. He was a passenger in an automobile accident in Orlando, Florida. Andrew was born on February 3, 1992 in Royal Oak, Michigan. Born into the family of Lynn Hohlstien Klahn, Jay D. Klahn, and his sister, Alli. Andrew loved baseball, golf, football, lifting weights, but most of all he loved his friends and family. Andrew was known among friends and family for being full of life and for being true to himself. Whether it was his inappropriate jokes that made you laugh until you cried or entertaining friends with the latest adventure or idea he was dreaming up. He was always a loyal friend and made himself available at all hours of the day and night to talk or laugh about a friends latest problems or accomplishments. His inclusive personality instantly turned friends into family and Andrew considered all of his friends to be family, especially his Sigma Chi brothers. His contagious smile got him out of all sorts of trouble and when that didn't work his sister did. Andrew thought of his mom as a special angel sent directly from God. He looked up to his dad and dreamed of following in his footsteps; he was well on his way to fulfilling that with an internship to begin this June with Ford in Chicago. Andrew graduated Lake Mary High School in 2010, from University of Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics on May 4, 2014 and had begun classes at University of Florida towards his Masters of Science in Management. His love of Jesus, family and friends was known and felt by all. Anyone that would like to leave the family an email message, photo, or memory may at klahn1992@gmail.com. Markham Woods Presbyterian Church, located at 5210 Markham Woods Road, Lake Mary, Florida, 32746 will hold a Memorial Service and reception.
