BENJAMIN WESTBY Obituary

WESTBY, BENJAMIN F. ., 94, of Orlando, FL, passed away on March 30, 2010. He was born in Eau Claire, WI, on September 8, 1915, and moved from Minneapolis to Orlando in 1979. He is survived by his loving wife, Audrey; son, Joseph (Peggy); daughter, Kelly Miller (Randy); daughter, Ann Marie Wallace; grandchildren: Kristin Gleeman (Mark), Ryan, Alex, Kyle, Katherine, James, Scott, and 7 great grandchildren. Ben ran many successful businesses including Vaughn Manufacturing, Lake Center Corp, Niagara of Wisconsin, Peavey Paper Mill, Rhinelander Paper, Jacksonville Kraft, and was the Executive Vice President of Pentair Industries. He was an avid golfer and was a member at Midland Hills and Bay Hill Country Club. A private service will be held at a later date at Lakewood Cemetery in Minneapolis. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Orlando Health Foundation, 3160 Southgate Commerce Blvd, Suite 50, Orlando, FL 32806; or to the Mayo Foundation, 4500 San Pablo Road, Jacksonville, FL 32224.

Aud...Ben has been special to me since he first showed up at my bank 30 years ago to open an account. He was quite a gentleman - I will truly miss him. Joe...we have good memories thanks to Ben.
