Joseph Farrell Notice
Farrell, Joseph Joseph Thomas Farrell passed away on July 7th, 2010. He was born on December 18, 1950 in Elizabeth, NJ. As a child Joe excelled at sports, especially baseball, and was a proud Eagle Scout. Joe graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1972. He would go on to teach at the Barry School of Law as an adjunct professor, and in 2008 achieved his dream job when he was appointed a Judge of Compensation Claims. Joe was an avid sports fan and loved to fish. He enjoyed music and history. But above all else, Joe loved his family. This was clear to anyone who knew him. He was so proud of his daughter Jennifer, who attended the University Notre Dame. Joe is survived by his wife of 32 years, Ann, daughter Jennifer Farrell Emerich, son-in-law Frank Emerich, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
