BEATRICE MASON PAINE Notice
PAINE, BEATRICE MASON, 89, affectionately known as "Aunt Bea" passed away Friday, Oct. 26, 2012. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico Feb. 26, 1923. She was a loving wife of 64 years and a devoted mother. She is survived by her daughters, Karen Paine of Winter Springs,
Susan Paine Curtis and son-in-law John Curtis of Winter Park, sister Isabel Shaughnessy of Winter Park and a large loving family and many friends. She was a resident of Winter Park for over 60 years. She was known for growing prize-winning roses, which she shared with those confined to hospitals. She was a founding member of St. Richards Episcopal Church, sang in the choir and was a long time member of St. Margaret's Guild. For many years, she volunteered at the Lutheran Haven Children's Home. She was active in the Girl Scouts of America and in the Winter Park Junior Service League. In more recent years, she worked in her daughters real estate office in Winter Springs. A memorial service will be held at St. Richard's Church, 5151 Lake Howell Rd., Winter Park on Saturday, November 10, 2012 at 11AM. Reception immediately following the service in the church parish hall. In lieu of flowers,
