MARIA THERESA TRABOLD

TRABOLD, MARIA THERESA (TERRIE), was born In Denver, Colorado on December 27 1962 and went to her rest on November 4, 2012 in San Antonio, TX after a fourteen and a half year brave battle with cancer. Terrie was the daughter of Fred and Blanquita Trabold. Her Father preceded her in death in 2003. Terrie was raised in Orlando, FL and attended Lake Highland Preparatory School graduating with honors. She continued her studies in Switzerland as a translator in three languages while working at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland. She returned home to Orlando and graduated from UCF with degrees in business administration and Pre-law. Terrie married her wonderful husband Jorge Ancira in 1986. She dedicated her life to charitable work with great enthusiasm by visiting some of the poorest towns close to Monclova, Coahuila in Mexico where she and her husband anonymously donated the means to perform many life threatening surgeries as well as kidney transplants and prosthesis. She also personally supervised many other charities. In 2011 Terrie was recognized as "Woman of the Year" by the Governor of the State of Coahuila Mexico. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends especially by her devoted husband Jorge

Blanquita Trabold, her sister Carol Ehlers (who devoted her life to keeping a record of her medical condition), her brother in law Bill Elhers, her brother and sister-in-law Frederick and Ginny Trabold her mother-in-law and the entire Ancira Family, her brothers in law Alonso, Guillermo, Carlos, Jose Eduardo and Manuel Ancira, as well as her sisters-in-law Linda Tamez and Lourdes Amoros and many nephews and nieces.
