Alan Worthley Obituary

Alan K. Worthley, 80, of Greenbush, passed away peacefully on Sept. 22, 2018 at Saginaw St. Mary's Hospital .
He was a resident of Greenbush for 25, and former resident of Troy for 17 years. Alan was born July 27, 1938 in Ferndale and was on the General Motors design staff in Warren for 34 years.
He loved to play racquetball, pickle ball, and ride his bike in the neighborhood. Alan is survived by his wife, Mary. The pair were married in 1960 in Birmingham.
Alan is also survived by his children, JoAnn, Tim (Beth) and Alan Jr. (Kim); brothers Leland and Larry; grandchildren David, Chris, Nicholas, Kate and Nicole; great-grandchildren Ella And Ava, as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Mary Louise and brother Ray.
A private family service for Alan was held on Oct. 6, 2018. Memorial services can be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
