Margaret Schultz Obituary

Margaret Mary Schultz of Oscoda, formerly of Mission, Texas and Fenton, passed away peacefully at her home Monday, June 18, 2012, age 82 years.
Margaret was born on Feb. 2, 1930 in Rogers City to Alfred and Lydia (Krueger) Wagner. Those who knew her will always remember how Margaret truly enjoyed bingo, playing cards, working in her flower garden and hummingbirds. Margaret was also a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Oscoda. She will be sadly missed by all who loved her.
Margaret is survived by four daughters, Kathleen and James Richards of Tawas, Sherry and William Davidson of Harrisville, Deborah Green on Fenton and Lori Seelman (Nick Rutherford) of Linden; two sons, Kenneth and Jayne Schultz of Fenton and Gary and Patricia Schultz of Holly; five grandchildren, Kari Nixon, Eric and Teri Avery, Nick Avery (Kate Beckfield), Gary Schultz, and Elaine St. Amand; two step grandsons, Bill and Wes Davidson; four great grandchildren, Kelby Wagner, Kalie Nixon, Nathan Nixon and Logan Avery; three great-great grandchildren, Skylyn, Phoenix and Hayden; one brother, Harry Wagner of Alpena, one sister-in-law, Alice Skiba of Texas, two brothers-in-law, Don and Phyllis Schultz of Alpena and Theodore and Barbara Schultz of Grand Blanc; many nieces, nephews and cousins; very special friends Betty, Ginger, Joyce, Susan, Ann and Kelly; and many more dear friends from the Oscoda Senior Condos. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth J. Schultz on Oct. 7, 2005; son-in-law, Charles Green; one brother and sister-in-law, Otto and Erma Wagner; and one sister-in-law, Shirley Wagner.
Per her wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial mass will be held on Friday, June 29 at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Oscoda. Her family will welcome friends at the church on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of her mass. An on-line guest registry is available at www.bureshfuneralhomes.com. Cremation arrangements are by Buresh Funeral Home in Oscoda.
