Robert "Bob" Campbell, age 91, beloved husband, father and grandfather, died peacefully in Ottawa, Ontario on December 4, 2012. He was born in Admaston, Ontario on October 19, 1921. Bob served in WWII and then worked as a metallurgical engineer for Energy, Mines and Resources Canada. His retirement passion for the past three decades was the genealogy of the Campbell and Goff families. Bob is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Vivian Goff; his sons Greg (Kate) and Neil (Heather); his three grandchildren Devin, Taryn and Brenna; his sisters Margaret Wallach (Terry) and Elizabeth Ferguson (Gordon); and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sisters Florence Foy (Stewart) and Jean Humphries (Jim). The special help and support of Elizabeth and Gordon during Bob's later years is gratefully appreciated. Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of the Tubman Funeral Homes 3440 Richmond Rd Nepean (between Bayshore & Baseline) on Friday, December 7 from 10 -11:30 a.m. followed by a service in the chapel at 11:30 am. Interment at Capital Memorial Gardens.
