Ken was one of the original Ottawa members of the CCCTS Vancouver based cycling club and did the 6,500 km Sea-to-Sea Cross Canada tour back in the mid 1990's with Dennis Parsons and a few other club members. Several years ago, I used to cycle with him on the weekly local tours in the Ottawa area. A true sportsman and gentleman.
