JEFFREY, Anne MacKinnon
Died peacefully at Queensway Carleton Hospital at age 89. She was predeceased by her sister, Catharine MacKinnon Read. She is survived by her husband of 66 years Dr. James Ian Jeffrey; proud mother of Janet (Art Huber), Allan, George (Jean), and Laurie (Hans Wytenburg). Loved by grandchildren: Jordan and Nolan; Scott, Ben, Jake, and Tyler; Kristy-Anne, Alex, Kathryn, and Carolyn; and great-grandson Crosby. Her wisdom, humour and hugs will be missed. Janet,
I wasn't aware of your Mom's passing until I saw your Dad's obituary today. Such a sweet woman... I still remember the wonderful bridal shower she had for me! Hugs to you and your family.

Ian and family,
Nature has its way and we must roll with it and mitigate the sadness at the end of life as we know it. Fortunately we have many many happy memories of Anne from the years as cottage neighbors at Tenyson, and socializing (bridge)and parties with family and friends in Ottawa. With our condolences-
