RODGERS, William J. "Bill" WW II Veteran Friday, December 2, 2005. Survived by his wife Margaret (nee Mayhew) and his daughters Linda Foerster, Cathy Mayhew, Jane McMillan, Shelley Lergen and Debbie Quigley-Keats. Brother of Jeanetta Hall and Dorothy Skerkowski. Predeceased by sister Anna Kovalski and brothers Len and Jim Rodgers. Remembered by his 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. William served with the 21st Armoured Reg't (G.G.F.G.) and the 1st Canadian Arm'd Carrier Reg't (the Kangaroos). Friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home, 2313 Carling Avenue (west of Carlingwood) Wednesday after 11 a.m. Funeral Service Wednesday in the Chapel at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Meals on Wheels Ottawa, would be appreciated.
