To the Briggs Family -
I was deeply saddened to hear of John`s Passing. I knew John for about 6 years and will remember him as a outgoing fun guy. We had been emailing back and forth in Jan to try to get together for Lunch - I wish it had of worked out - but I will hold the memories I have of him close -
I extend my heartfelt sympathies - and hope you can find a new kind of peace.
Sincerely, Steve Mockett

To the Briggs family and friends,
John's laughter and smile brightened the office every day. You had to be prepared for anything when you asked him "what did you do on the weekend?" We were glad he came back after his foray into real estate. We had missed him.
We miss him now.

My condolences to John's family. I never saw John that he didn't have a smile on his face and a kind word to go along with it. I will miss our conversations.

John was truly a ray of sunshine. I do wish that my own desire to hide from the world at times could have subsided and allowed me to get to know him better. Still, what I did know of him was all good.

Do believe I'll never leave you.
Always I'll be in your heart.

And so we'll never be apart.

John and I often sat Saturday afternoons for a beer and a good laugh. He was always pleasant, caring with a heart of Gold. His smile and personality always enlightened us all.My deepest sympathies.

To the Briggs family,
Very sorry for your loss. John was a good guy. Always a smile and pleasant conversation down at Orpheus House. We always looked forward to his karaoke rendition of "It's Now Or Never" (Elvis would have been proud!). He will be missed.

To family & friends:
George and I were very saddened to hear of John's sudden death. No words can ease the pain of losing someone dear. May everyone find the strength to overcome the pain. The Blue Bird of Happiness is so elusive, but once one flies by you the memory of that joy remains forever. Remember, A "Smile" a "Well Done" a "Gentle Touch" when freely given is like the touch of the Blue Bird flying by. Somewhere there's a blue bird of happiness.

I have never met you, my son spoke highly of you. That means a lot to me. My heart goes out to your family. Now they have an angel to watch over them.
