ADAMO, Antonio "Tony" It is with profound sadness that Tony's family announces his tragic death on Saturday, June 11, 2011 at the young age of 21. Born in Ottawa on April 3, 1990; he was the incredibly loved son of Marisa (John Germano) and Franco (Filomena Arruda) Adamo. Loving older brother of Alyssa; special grandson of Francesco (the late Ada) Vallati and Antonio and Saveria Adamo. Dear nephew of Ben (Jody) Vallati, Laura (Roberto Amendola), Rosina (Joe Nicastro), Albina (Maurino Caruso), Maria (Luis Valerio), Connie (Alex Warnock), Lisa Furano and John Adamo. Tony will be greatly missed by his extended family, colleagues and countless friends. Tony was a genuine and unique individual who always knew what he wanted out of life and was driven to accomplish his dreams. He was an extraordinary son, over-protective big brother and a kind and loyal friend. Tony was passionate about breakdancing, mixed martial arts, playing guitar with his bandmates of 'Adelphia' and most recently looked forward to attending a school in Montreal for Sound Production. He left a lasting mark on everyone he met and now his absence will leave an immeasurable void in our hearts. Family and friends may pay respects at the Kelly Funeral Home 3000 Woodroffe Avenue, Barrhaven, Thursday, June 16th from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Friday, June 17th, to St. Anthony's Church, 427 Booth St., for Mass of Christian Funeral at 10:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at Capital Memorial Gardens.
