Dearest Marlene, Fraser, Allison, Stuart and Craig: So many memories. One of my first "bosses" at age 19. Our two families growing up together. Our many fondues. Your trip to the Island and our visit just a mere 25 days ago. Ted will be missed by a great many. I hope the happy memories will help you through this very sad time. My prayers are with you.

My condolences to the entire Moffatt family. May you find strength together during this difficult time.

Ted was my manager at the Ottawa Police civilian branch in the mid 70's, and I remember him as always being fair, honest and had a great sense of humour. Although I haven't seen Ted in over 30 years, I remember him fondly as one of my first "bosses".

RIP Ted - it was a pleasure knowing you.
