Hi-Realism Mannequins
Passed away on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at the age of 57. Son of the late Willie Louis-Seize and late Marie-Paule Deault from Rockland. He leaves behind his loving wife and guardian angel Denise Mongeon, two lovely daughters Stéphanie (Ali Haider) and Lynne Russell (Carl Azzopardi) and three adorable grandchildren: Aydin, Kyaan and Anya. He also leaves two sisters: Suzanne (Jean-Guy Meloche) and Diane (Gérard Séguin) and two brothers: Gérald (Christine Barbeau) and Denis (Sylvie Gadoua). Son-in-law to the late Fernand Mongeon and Madeleine Cyr and brother-in-law to the Mongeon family: Claude (Jude Campbell), Jean (Carole Ethier), and Christine (Serge Ménard). Loved by many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. Guy will remain in our hearts forever. Family and friends are invited to visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road (at Aviation Parkway), Ottawa, on Wednesday, August 1st from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. A Eucharistic Celebration will be held at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, 435 Montreal Road, Ottawa on Thursday, August 2, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Many thanks to the staff of the Ottawa Hospital (Regional Cancer Centre) and to the Palliative Care team at Élisabeth-Bruyère Hospital. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.

Dear Denise and girls,
I send my sincerest condolences to you. I pray you will find comfort in the support of all your friends and family and the wonderful memories and stories of how Guy touched people. I met Guy while producing "Through Golden Fields" back in 1997. I was so impressed with his talents, and really enjoyed his playful joking, and caring personality. He put everything he had into his work on the film. He was a truly special person.

Dear Denise and family,
We're very sad to hear about Guy's passing.
We worked with Guy on a number of his mannequin creations over the years. He did world-class work and was a world-class guy.
His sense of humour, kindness and wonderful smile will be greatly missed.

Denise and family, I just found out this afternoon, I am so sorry for your loss, Guy was always full of love and his spirits were always up, no matter what was going on. Denise,
Pierre and I were so deeply saddened to learn of Guy's passing last week. He was such a gifted artist, devoted husband and proud father.
He took so much delight in answering our teenage sons' questions when we attended your open house one Sunday afternoon. They were captivated by Guy's remarkable "Johnny Carson" figure and asked dozens of questions about the steps and the processes required - all of which Guy so patiently and so thoroughly answered. He explained the research he undertook before undertaking each commission, he welcomed them in his workshop where he detailed how he worked his magic creating the individuals, later he explained the details about achieving just the right skin tone and gently placing each eyelash. They were SO impressed by Guy's talent and passion and asked that they be photographed with him to capture a most memorable day.
Guy touched so many people in so many wonderful ways. It was our sincere privilege to have met him.
Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your daughters. We know that you will miss Guy more than words can say and more than hearts should have to bear.
