MICHAEL HARDY Obituary
It is with sadness that we tell you of the passing of our parents, Michael and Myra Hardy. Michael was born on May 7th, 1928 and passed away on November 3rd, 2012. Myra was born April, 19 1929 and passed away on November 9th, 2012. They were married on November 15th, 1952, and will celebrate their 60 years together, without pain or sickness. Mom and Dad are survived by their children, Debbie Stoddard (Tom MacKay), Michael Hardy, and grandchildren Christopher Stoddard (Melanie) of Surrey B.C., Rachael Whitaker (Matthew) of Chapin NC, Shawn Stoddard (Carley) of Kelowna, BC, Brooke and Jonathan Hardy, of Cumming GA. Great-grandchildren, Rylan and Devon of Kelowna BC, and Dad's sister and brother Pam Hardy of St. Catharines, Ont, Anthony Hardy (Mae) of North Bay Ont, and Mom's sister Ada Kolesar (Michael) of Ottawa Ont. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to your local Alzheimer's Society, and messages can be sent to Southcare Cremation and Funeral Society 2260 Old Milton Parkway, Alpharetta Georgia, 30009 or online at www.southcare.us.

I met Mike at SP. Both of us worked out of the sales office. During his stay at SP I discovered a person who was mild mannered and very knowledgeable about the paper industry. He was a quiet leader with his many years of experience. Through Mike , my wife and I met Myra who was very delightful to be with even though our times were few. We experienced their deep devotion for each other. Their departure is sad but as believers we know where they are.

Mike was a prince amoung men. He brought a spark to our office down from Canada when he came. Myra too was a special lady. So sorry for your loss but they are in a better place & together.
