Positive throughout his life, including his 10-year battle with cancer, Phil will be dearly missed by his wife Marian (nee Hevenor); children, Marcus (Mandy) and Leigh (John Nopper); grandchildren, Kyle, Ethan and Katherine, and many friends and colleagues. Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan to Murray Elgin Brady and Mary Alzina Semmens, Phil spent his early years in Aylmer, Ontario. His efforts to make the world a better place touched several developing countries, and inspired those who knew him. Bequeathal to the University of Ottawa for medical research. Friends may pay respects at a celebration of Phil's life to be held Saturday, September 20, 2003, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the May Court Club Rooms, 114A Cameron Avenue, Ottawa.
