ATKIN, Charles (Chuck) Edgar Arthur
August 3, 1931 - November 25, 2011
Passed away suddenly yet peacefully at the Montfort Hospital in Ottawa. He is survived by his loving wife Jacqueline (Jackie) Deschambault, his two daughters Jocelyne (George) Nuska and Audrey (Stephen) Hicks, his two granddaughters Josee-Anne (Daryl) Hunt and Stephanie Vicente as well as his three great-grandchildren, Madison, Ethan and Carter. Chuck was a former member of the Royal Canadian Navy, worked for the RCMP, the National Art Gallery of Canada and in later years also worked as a Commissionaire at the Perley and Rideau Health Centre.
At his request there will be no funeral service.
In memoriam donations to the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully appreciated.
