It is with great sadness that the family of Anna Teresa Di Tullio (nee Chiappini) announces her peaceful passing after a brief illness, on August 3, 2014. Anna was born on March 1, 1950 in Montenero di Bisaccia, Molise, Italy, youngest of Carmela and Giuseppe Chiappini's seven children. She is predeceased by her first husband Sante Di Tullio and is survived by and will be sorely missed by all of their children; Marco, Giuseppe, Antonio (Iwona), Silvana and Giancarlo (Cherry); granchildren; Ellena, Sydney, Alexander and Elisanna, and her loving second husband, Vincenzo Mineo and his children. After arriving from Italy in 1968, Anna spent the next 31 years in Ottawa and the past 15 years in the Kitchener-Waterloo Region. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister, caregiver, avid gardener and especially for her kindness, warm smile and sense of humour. Anna's family will receive relatives and friends from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Visitation will also be held at the Kelly Funeral Home, 585 Somerset St. West in Ottawa from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, August 8. Funeral Mass at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 427 Booth St, Ottawa, on Saturday, August 9, at 10 a.m. Entombment at Pinecrest Mausoleum.
