CAVANAGH, Lillian Frances Peacefully in her sleep at Almonte General Hospital on Saturday morning, March 29, 2008. Lillian Reid of Almonte, age 90 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Vernor Cavanagh and cherished mother of Shirley Desjardins (late Marcel) of Arnprior, Joan Stoddart (late Alex) of Almonte, Beverley Wylie (Douglas) of Chilliwack, B.C. and Wayne (Judy) of Smiths Falls. Predeceased by a sister Inez Davis-Kellogg and a brother; Walter Glover. Also survived by 13 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren & 6 great- great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the C. R. GAMBLE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL 127 Church Street, Almonte for visiting on Wednesday, April 2 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Service in the Chapel on Thursday, April 3 at 2 pm. Rev. Craig Bowers officiating. Spring Interment St. Mark's Anglican Cemetery, Pakenham. Donations in memory of Lillian may be made at the funeral home to the Almonte General Hospital Fairview Manor Foundation and would be much appreciated by her family.
