COGHILL, Irene (nee Bradley)
Peacefully in her 90th year on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at the Perley and Rideau Veterans' Health Centre. Irene was the beloved wife "Peanut" of Jack for almost 68 years and the treasured mother of Allison Jamieson (John), Sheila Manhire (Robert), Jack (Donna), Laird (Janice) and Kirsty Hayward (the Rev. Daniel). Their Amma's memory will also be cherished by her eleven grandchildren, Brad (Amanda), Graeme (Ashley) and Meredith Nichols, Patrick, Ian (Sheila) and Arthur Manhire, Ainslie (Tom), Jackson, Erin, Greg and Lindsay Coghill and her precious wee great-granddaughter Edie Frances Manhire. Irene will also be remembered with love by her sister Lois Andree (Len) of Winnipeg, her brother David Bradley (Jean) of Winnipeg, her brother Maurice Bradley (Cheryl) of Vancouver and her many nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her loving parents Sigrun Myrdal and Wilfred Bradley, her sister Ruth Fox and her son-in-law George Nichols. Friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street (at O'Connor) on Wednesday, March 11 from 2- 4 p.m. and 7- 9 p.m. Friends are also invited to share in the Celebration of the life of our beloved wife, mother and grandmother on Friday, March 13 at 1:00 p.m. in the Lupton Hall at the Perley and Rideau Veterans' Health Centre. Her family wishes to express our gratitude to Dr. Graham and the staff and volunteers of the PRVHC who treated our mother with such care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to the Perley and Rideau Veterans' Health Centre, the Heart Institute or a charity of your choice would be gratefully appreciated by her family.
