Timothy E. "Pops" Dice Sr., 64, of Evart Twp., Osceola County, died Tuesday, Feb. 15, 2011, at his residence. He was the son of Earl Stanley Dice and Evelyn Ruth Chamberlain. Timothy was born on March 1, 1946, in Midland and attended Midland schools. He moved to the Evart area from Wisconsin in 2010.
Timothy was a self-employed brick mason. He was a pool shark, tip fingered bowler and loved playing cards.
Timothy is survived by his four daughters, Trisa Dice of Texas; Dawn Gonzales of Texas; Dionne (Chris) Schornik of Calif. and Deanna Doroteo of Texas; three sons, Delmar (Cathy) Dice of Fla.; Timothy Dice Jr., of Texas and Daryl Dice of Michigan; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; five sisters; seven brothers; close friend and roommate Chris Flanagan of Evart; and Barbara Dice Wright of Texas, who stayed by his side with love and support.
There are no plans for a service at this time. Memorial contributions may be directed to Dionne Schornik, 3168 B. Mcauley, Lemoore, CA 93245, to help with funeral expenses.
