JONESVILLE, Ky. – Chase Allen Duvall, 43, of Jonesville, passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Owenton.
Born March 27, 1973, in Frankfort, Ky., Chase was a longtime employee at Owen Electric where he was a System Operations Supervisor. He was a devoted volunteer fireman (1201-9101), joining the Jonesville Fire Department in 1994 and serving as chief since 2000. He also served his community as a member of the Owenton Fire Department and the Owen County Search and Rescue.
Surviving are his wife, whom he married July 20, 1996, Sheena Taylor Duvall; his children, Cameron and Micah Duvall; his parents, Donald and Becky Lewis Duvall; his in-laws, Kenny Taylor and Sheree Reich; his brother, Devin (Casey) Duvall and his sister, Lindsey (Shane) Tirey. Chase is also survived by his niece, nephews, aunts and uncles, as well as his brotherhood of firemen. Chase was preceded in death by a baby brother, Brent David Duvall.
McDonald & New Funeral Homes are in charge of arrangements.
A funeral was held at the Owen County High School on Sunday, April 17, 2016, with Bro. Gene Hill and Bro. Johnny Thomas presiding.
Burial was in the Jonesville Cemetery.
