News Death Notice
KING, Alan Lee 75, of Lebanon, died Thursday April 25, 2013. Born November 2, 1937 in Dayton, OH to Ralph J. and Josephine (nee: Goubeaux) King, he was a graduate of Ressurection Grade School and Chaminade High School. He participated in Adult Education classe at the University of Dayton and NCR, where he was employed for 34 years. A strong sports advocate, he especially enjoyed PGA golf at Firestone CC, Ohio State Football, UD Baseball, and the Cincinnati Reds. He could never figure out why Cincinnati still had the Bengals. He is survived by his wife of 12 years, Brenda (nee: Davis) King of Lebanon, many aunts and cousins and many friends who were very special to him. Visitation, Sunday, April 28, 2013 from 1-4 PM at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, April 29, 2013 at 10 AM at St Francis de Sales Catholic Church. Father Bernard Weldishofer officiating. Interment follows in Calvary Cemetery. Memorials requested to Acclaim Hospice or to St Francis de Sales Building Fund.
