GLANCY, Clifford Lee 71, of Lebanon, died Saturday, September 29, 2012 at his home. Born February 18, 1941 in Lebanon to Harvey and Doris (nee: Hollingshead) Glancy, he was a 1959 graduate of Lebanon High School. A member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church, he retired from the City of Lebanon in 1996 after 28 years as the power plant supervisor. He farmed Glancy Farms and also owned a truck company after his retirement. Preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Jeanie Glancy, survivors include his wife of 49 years, Willa Glancy of Lebanon, one son, Rodney (Terra) Glancy of Oregonia, OH, one daughter, Tammy (Carl) Lovely of Sabina, OH, one brother, Nelson Glancy of Cincinnati, five grandchildren, Case and Michael Lovely, Brandon, Justin, and Mackenzie Glancy, and one great grandchild, Hannah Lovely. Visitation was held Wednesday, October 3, 2012, from 6 PM-8 PM, with the funeral service on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at 10 AM, all at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon.
