News Death Notice

CAUDELL, Julie Anne age 57, of Middletown, died Monday, January 7, 2013 at the University Hospital, Cincinnati. She was born June 15, 1955 in Hicksville, New York the daughter of R. C. Fugate and Dorothy (Worthington) Fugate. Julie was the Associate Director of the Reading Study Skills Lab at the University of Cincinnati. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Greg Caudell; two daughters, Brielle Caudell Polley and Brianne Caudell both of Middletown; her mother, Dorothy Fugate of Middletown; Grandma Nutt's eight grandchildren, Maddie and Eli Polley, Joseph and Noah DeBorde, Leland Smith, Corbin, Genny Sue and Cole Kasziba; one brother, Buck Fugate; one sister, Marcie Fugate both of Middletown; six nephews, Jonathan and Nicholas (fiancé, Jessica Ulan) Caudell, Todd Miller, Riley Fugate, Michael Fugate, Colton Hembree; one niece, Caitlin Fugate; and other numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, R. C. Fugate and a brother, Rob Fugate. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday at the Faith Alive Church, 946 E. Lower Springboro Road, Springboro with Greg Caudell officiating. Visitation will be 5-7:00 PM Friday at the church and from 9:00 AM until service time Saturday. Burial will be at Mound Cemetery, Monroe. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family for medical expenses. Arrangements are by Breitenbach-McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home.
