News Death Notice

ESTILL, William M. age 86, of Springboro, Ohio, died Tuesday November 26, 2013 at Hospice of Butler/Warren Counties. Bill was the beloved husband of Rowena Estill. He was proud to be part of a loving family that included his children Jennie and Tim Tilton, Jo and Tom Greene, Jill and Chip Lennon, Beverly and Ben Bacon, Janie Brewer; 14 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren. His church family at Christ United Methodist Church was dear to him, as were his lifelong friends, Burl and Jeannine Hays. Bill was preceded in death by his parents William C. and Frankie M. Estill and his sister, Ann Davis. Bill proudly served his country in the Navy during World War II and the Korean War. He worked for Armco Steel for over 30 years. He will be remembered by those who love him as a gentle man with a strong faith, who enjoyed laughing until he squeaked and who wasn't embarrassed to tear up during a touching moment. Visitation will be held at Christ United Methodist Church 700 S. Marshall Road Middletown, Ohio Sunday December 1, 2013 at 2pm immediately followed by the Memorial Service at 3pm with Reverend Norman Coleman III officiating. Burial will be at Springboro Cemetery on Monday at 10am. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Christ United Methodist Church 700 S. Marshall Rd.
