 News Death Notice
SIZEMORE, Lydia (Taulbee) age 60, of Middletown, Ohio, passed away Monday, April 9, 2012 at Atrium Medical Center where she had been a patient for one week. She was born July 30, 1951 in Middletown but she was raised in Gratis. She was a homemaker, She was a member of Mercy Point Church of God, Women of the Moose #183, and Fraternal Order of Eagles #528 Women's Auxiliary. She enjoyed playing Bingo, and her grandkids were her life. Preceding her in death were her father, Jack Taulbee; her mother, Rhoda King; her husband, Clyde Sizemore in 2004; two brothers, Charles and Phil Taulbee; and her grandparents, Monk and Ida Bailey and Pat and Dixie Taulbee. She is survived by four daughters, Bonnie (Bryan) Sizemore, Jackie (Randy) Sizemore, Paula (Bobby) Moore and Sissy (Eddie) Robinson; six grandchildren, Jake, Lil' Lydia, Meranda, Kiara, Hannah and Miracle; one sister, Dortha Grigsby; two brothers, Larry Taulbee and James Taulbee; many nieces and nephews that were special to her, Chance Sizemore, Dana Brown, Casey Brown, Mary Combs, Melissa Amburgey, Brandon Taulbee, Jennifer Beacraft, Amy Taulbee, Christopher Taulbee, Terrah Roberts, and Charlie Grubbs; she had many whom she loved dearly including Sharon Adams and Liela Denny; one special friend she called her daughter, Ruthey Robinson; she had many aunts and uncles whom she loved; and she was loved by all her sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. Visitation will be Friday, April 13, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown, followed by services at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor E. L. Cloninger officiating. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery, Gratis, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home. Arrangements by Herr-Riggs Funeral Home, 210 S. Main St., Middletown.
