Denise APPLEGATE Obituary
News Death Notice
APPLEGATE, Denise Age 49, Sardinia, Ohio, died Monday, February 2, 2015 at her residence. She was born in Fairfield, Ohio on July 3, 1965, the daughter of Ken and Sharon (Coffee) Powers. She was a graduate of Franklin University. Denise was employed as a customer service representative for United Health Care Insurance in Blue Ash. She is survived by two sons, David (Rachael) Proffitt, Hamilton and Joshua (Allison) Proffitt, Trenton; two daughters, Rebecca Proffitt and Elizabeth Proffitt, both of Hamersville, Ohio and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Weigel Funeral Home, 980 N. W. Washington Blvd. Burial will be in Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1 p.m. until time of the service. Online condolences are available at www.weigelfuneralhome.com
