KALT, Ursula Chamberlain* - Boynton Beach  
KALT, Ursula Chamberlain Ursula Chamberlain Kalt died on May 15, 2015, at the age of 73. She was born in Liverpool on May 12, 1942, and graduated from Everton Valley High School in 1960. She then attended Maria Assumpta College in London. In 1963, Ursula's interest in French took her to France, where she became an assistant English teacher at a girl's high school in Tour. There, she met her future husband, Richard Kalt, whom she married in 1965. In 1969, they moved to Quebec, Canada, where Ursula gave birth to her first son, Stefan, a year later. Following their move to Flushing Meadows, NY, a second son, Brian, was born. The family moved to Florida in 1974 - first to Miami, then to Boynton Beach, and finally to Boca Raton in 1978. Ursula attended Florida Atlantic University, where she received a master's degree in French literature and linguistics in 1986. She then turned to the field of psychotherapy, obtaining a doctorate in Human Sexuality and becoming a certified sex therapist here in the state of Florida. Ursula worked at Counseling Services Institute from 1997 to 2012, and afterwards joined Counseling Services Associates, retiring in 2014 due to illness. Ursula will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her sons Stefan and Brian, with wives Anna and Laura, grandson Gabriel, brother Robert, sister Ann, nieces and nephews, and her good friend Dennis. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard, and her brother, John. Services will be held at Beth Israel Chapel Boynton Beach, 11115 Jog Road, Boynton Beach, FL 33437, on Sunday, May 24, 2015, at 3:00PM. KERN, Marion Alexander* - Hobe Sound  
KERN, Marion Alexander Marion Alexander Kern, of Hobe Sound, FL and Linville, NC, passed away on May 21, 2015. She was born in Rose Hill, NY to George and Alice Slade. Marion was a strong woman; strong in faith, family, and love. She loved antiques and art, which was the motivation for opening her store, The Drummer Boy Antiques and Gifts in Tequesta. She also enjoyed playing bridge, doing needlepoint, painting, both oils and china, singing in the church choir, and entertaining. Marion was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Tequesta and attended Crossnore Presbyterian Church in North Carolina. Marion was predeceased by her husbands, John M. Kern, Jr. and John C. Alexander, as well as her son-in-law, Donald R. Hires and daughter-in-law, Grace Alexander. She will be dearly missed by her children, Ronald J. Alexander, Cheryl Alexander Hires, and Dr. John C. Alexander, Jr., her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as her caregivers. A memorial service will be held at First Presbyterian Church, Tequesta, on Saturday, May 30, 2015, at 2:00PM. KIGHT, Audrey Anne Nelson* - Palm City  
KIGHT, Audrey Anne Nelson Audrey Anne Nelson Kight, a long-time, active member of the Piper's Landing Community, died Sunday, May 17, 2015, at the Stuart Nursing and Restorative Care Center. Audrey was born in St. Paul, MN on April 23, 1927, the daughter of Archibald and Lucille Rochenbach. She graduated from Central High School in St. Paul in June 1945. In 1947, she moved to Pittsburg to join her mother and stepfather Anton Nelson. Soon after, she was employed by WDTV (later renamed KDKA), first as a receptionist and later promoted through the ranks to the Head Telephone Operator. In 1957, she joined Pittsburg Plate Glass (later PPG Industries) and eventually retired in 1971 as chief receptionist. Audrey's life in Pittsburg was one of service, volunteering and fundraising for a long list of charities most notably Children's Hospital, Meals of Wheels, Family House, and St. Margaret's Hospital in Fox Chapel. And she was a tireless fundraiser for the Civic Light Opera, The Cancer Fund, and Animal Friends. In addition she was a Director of Animal Friends of Pittsburg for many years. After moving to Florida in 1981 her unflagging volunteer work continued. When Lavaughn Tilton first founded Hibiscus House, Audrey gave countless hours supporting abused children. In 1994, she began her long tenure of service at Hospice of Martin County's thrift shop providing financial support and volunteering twice a week at the thrift shop. For many years during the Christmas season, Audrey collected and distributed food, funds, and toys for "Toys for Tots." Since 1985 she and her husband made significant contributions to Indian River State College in the form of scholarships for special students and building the Kight Center for Emerging Technology. Her love of animals was legendary, especially for dogs. She was known to carry a few dog biscuits in her purse and bottled water and a dog bowl in her car just in case. In 1971, Audrey married Alonzo B. Kight, then a vice president of Rockwell International. Before Alonzo's retirement in 1980, she accompanied him on many business trips to Europe, the Middle and Far East, and all of the countries of South America. After his retirement they ventured to more exotic travel destinations like Kenya, Madagascar, Macchu Picchu, and Lake Titicaca. Audrey was preceded in death by her loving husband Lon who passed on September 12, 2014. She is survived by her Sisters-in-law - Jane Kight Redden and Kathleen Kight, Brother-in-law - Richard E. Enright, Jr., Nieces - Janet Kight Porter, Deborah Kight Predzin, Kathleen Kight Clark, Audrey Rockenbach, Michelle Eddy Rockenbach, Deb Rockenbach, Nephews - Alonzo B. Kight, William D. Kight, Jr., Paul W. Redden III, Richard W. Redden, Richard E. Enright III, Paul W. Redden IV, Great Nieces - Jasmine Kight Porter Kalenuik, Jessica Kight Porter, Sally Jo Redden, Karilyn Clark Barber, Jodee Clark Spring, Emily Houldcroft, Richelle Johnson, Marissa Rockenbach, Great Nephews - Mathew Barnwell, Paul W Redden IV, Jason Redden, Fred Barrett, Great Great Grand Nephew - JaVon Evo DeLancy, Alex Johnson, Great Great Grand Niece - Elaheh Kight Kalenuik. A celebration of life will be held at 10:00AM, June 13, 2015 at Forest Hills Memorial Park, 2001 SW Murphy Road, Palm City, FL 34990. KIRK, Sandra K.* - Lake Wales  
KIRK, Sandra K. Sandra K. Kirk, 78, of Lakeland formerly of West Palm Beach, entered into rest May 15, 2015. Sandra retired as a Vice President from Sun Trust Bank after more than 30 years of service. She attended Emory University even though she was a Florida Gator at heart. Active in several civic and women's business organizations, Sandra also loved traveling, music and arts. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sheriff John F. Kirk Sr. and Inez Kirk. Survivors include her brothers, John F. Kirk Jr., James E. Kirk Sr. and families; sister, Linda S. Kirk. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2015 in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
