MORETTO, Arnold A.
Of Jupiter, Florida died Friday, August 15, 2014 at the age of 73 after a courageous battle with cancer. The youngest of four children, Arnold was born in Detroit, Michigan on August 25, 1940 to Guido and Stella Moretto, and moved to Florida as a teenager where he worked in his family's construction business and graduated from Titusville High School. Arnold continued in construction as a licensed general contractor for over 50 years, later joined by his three sons who continue in the business today. He leaves behind his beloved and devoted wife of 51 years, Shirley; son Jeffery, his wife Paula and grandchildren Gianna and Drake; son Stephen, his wife Bobbi, and grandson Joseph; son Mark, his wife Kate, and granddaughters Megan and Abigail; his brother Roy Moretto and sister Barbara Moretto; his dog Mandy; and several nieces and nephews. Arnold was a life-long fan and supporter of the University of Florida
(Go Gators!). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at 10 am at Taylor and Modeen Funeral Home at 250 Center Street in Jupiter with Reverend Wayne Padgett officiating. The family suggests memorial contributions in his honor be sent to either Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, mskc.org
