84 years old, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, died on Monday, January 7, 2013 following a brief illness. A resident of the Palm Beach area for over 25 years, Mrs. Foley was an active member of the Cathedral of St. Ignatius Loyola where she was a past president of the Women?s Guild and organized the effort to erect the statue of the Blessed Mother. She was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Foley, Sr. who died in 2010. The late Mr. Foley was the Executive Director of the Property Owners Association at PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens; and was employed with the Ecclestone Company for over eleven years. Mrs. Foley was also preceded in death by her brother, Edward Hagerty; and sister, Jane O?Neil. Mrs. Foley is survived by five sons, William L. Foley, Jr. (Lynn) of West Palm Beach, FL, Garry Foley of Jupiter, FL, Kevin Foley (Jan) of Mohegan Lake, NY, Terry Foley (Sheila) of Jupiter, FL, and Tim Foley of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; nine grandchildren, Sean, Mike, and Kerri, Kris, Kevin, Jr., Staycee, Bryan, and Kaurey; and Rani; and ten great grandchildren. Additional survivors include a sister, Dorothy Fanning of Yorktown, NY; and numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews. The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 13, 2013 from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Quattlebaum Funeral Home, 1201 South Olive Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 AM on Monday, January 14, 2013 at the Cathedral of St. Ignatius Loyola, 9999 N. Military Trail, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410, with Msgr. Thomas Klinzing, officiating. The Graveside Service Committal will begin at 1:45 PM Monday at the South Florida National Cemetery, 6501 South State Road 7, Lake Worth, FL 33467. Please access the cemetery pavilion using Lane # 1. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Eileen Foley to Hospice of Palm Beach County, 5300 East Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33407.
