Dear Susan and Family,
Please accept my condolences on the loss of your father. He was wonderful man and a wonderful surgeon. He operated on my father when no other doctor would because of my father's heart issues. He was so grateful to your Dad, and told everyone how lucky Hackensack Hospital was to have him on their staff of surgeons. Your family was blessed to have him for so many years. May your memories give you comfort and make you smile.
Sincerely,
Jane Raffo Nocella
