John R. Adamczyk, age 81, of Lake Worth, FL, died Sunday, July 14, 2013 under the care of Hospice of Palm Beach County. Born in Cheektowago, NY, he had been a resident of Lake Worth since 2005, coming from Coral Springs. He was a veteran of the US Army. Mr. Adamczyk had previously worked with the US Postal Service, served as a Border Patrol Agent and retired as a Federal Agent with the INS. Survivors include his wife, Jennie M. Adamczyk ; his daughter, Jan Adamczyk, her Partner Carmen Perez; three grandchildren, Solibel Guerrero, Madeline Guerrero, Maribel Guerrero and two great-granddaughters, Jessica and Isabella Francis, all of Lake Worth, FL. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, July 17, 2013 at the Palm Beach National Chapel, 10055 Heritage Farms Rd., Lake Worth, FL. Interment will follow at the South Florida Veterans Cemetery in Lake Worth with Full Military Honors.
