ALEXZANDRA KATE McCREATH Sometimes it's the smallest things that take up the most room in our hearts. Alexzandra Kate McCreath passed peacefully in the arms of her loving parents on September 7, 2012. Alexzandra was born on August 31, 2012. Her family was blessed with seven days before she went to her heavenly home; she touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. Alexzandra is the daughter of Colin and Cassaundra McCreath of Jupiter, FL. Alexzandra is survived by her twin sister, Vail Cassaundra McCreath.
